The name says it all. Each balcony has a stunning view to one of the most beautiful sunsets that you will ever have the chance to enjoy.There’s nothing between the apartments and the sun but the sea. All rooms have a breathtaking view to the sea (from the verandas or the courtyard).

Ilios is a one storied building charecterized by its modern architecture. It consists of a 3-room apartment, a studio at the ground floor and a studio at the 1st floor. The apartment and studio at the ground floor have a spacious cool veranda, ideal for relaxation times at the deck chairs under the sunset.
The studio at the 1st floor has a picturesque balcony with an infinite view to the messenian bay and the beach right beneath the apartments.

There are deck chairs, swings and small balconies build on a rock everywhere, ideal for stress free holidays. There are also 2 traditional hand made stoves and barbeques for those who want to try their recipies in the courtyard.

There is also a playground with a swing, a slide and a gym for the children!

Time for a swim and all you have to do is go to the beach right beneath the apartments and enjoy the emerald sea. You will also find deck chairs, umbrellas, stairs and a spring board! The messenian landscape will take your breath away!
